He welcomes clients as family friends and helps make them neighbors here in the beautiful and precious Northwest. 

Dave brings two decades of experience to his role as manager and director of acquisitions and finance at Cedar and Sage Homes, LLC. He is a certified Washington State general contractor and a Northwest Multiple Listing Service real estate agent. In addition, Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona.

Before founding Cedar and Sage Homes with his wife Jenn, David Gintz held leadership roles at NW Roots Construction and other real estate development companies in Washington, including JR Staedler Construction, LLC, Guild Mortgage, and Jenning Development, LLC. In addition, he founded and managed a pair of real estate investment companies and served as manager of acquisitions and finance at Metropolitan Development Group, LLC.
